ICC signs an agreement with Savills Vietnam to manage and operate The Nelson

Ha Noi, 18th October 2024 – The signing ceremony between Savills Viet Nam and Indochina Capital took place, officially appointing Savills Viet Nam as the Property Manager for The Nelson, a private luxury residences located in Lang Ha, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi.

The Nelson is developed by HDMon Group in collaboration with Indochina Capital as a strategic partner, directly involved in project development planning and management oversight. The Nelson offers easy access to key transportation routes, including La Thanh Station, Cat Linh Metro Station, and Ring Road 2, providing convenient travel to the city centre and major entertainment and commercial hubs such as Lotte Centre and Vincom Centre, the western areas of Ha Noi, and government agencies and embassies such as the Vietnam National Assembly Building, the U.S. Embassy, the Australian Embassy, the Japanese Embassy, etc. Savills will manage the commercial podium, which includes retail spaces, service amenities, and office areas, along with 175 private luxury apartments featuring 2-3 bedrooms, duplexes, and penthouses. With Savills internationally recognised standards, residents at The Nelson will enjoy personalised amenities such as concierge services, private dining room, luxurious lounge and cafe, serene sauna and jacuzzi, pickleball, yoga pavilion, etc.

Given the unique characteristics of The Nelson, Savills will implement a comprehensive management process, focusing on concierge services and technological applications to ensure convenience and safety for residents. The lobby area will be operated to hotel standards, including sound and lighting systems, waiting rooms, a professional reception team, and 24/7 security services, ensuring a seamless experience for both residents and visitors. The Property Cube app enables residents at The Nelson to receive immediate response to personal requests through an automated system. As a communication channel with the Management Team, Property Cube offers features such as online bills payments, updates on events, access to information, and the ability to book amenities in just a few simple steps.

For The Nelson, Indochina Capital will directly plan the development of the project and oversee all aspects including design review, legal review, material selection, construction supervision, sales and marketing strategies, and the exclusive management, supervision, and execution of sales for the entire project portfolio. Indochina Capital is working alongside HDMon to select domestic and international partners, including international consulting and management by Savills Viet Nam, and personal financial support for apartment buyers provided by Vietcombank, Thanh Cong branch.
